The Concept
Ready to Mingle
Elaborate, hand-built costumes bring living characters to weddings, corporate events, parties, openings, festivals and Christmas markets — mingling, posing and performing short interactions that turn any crowd into a scene from a fairy tale.
From nightfall the illuminated characters carry your guests into another world. Interactive and mobile, in several sets of 20 to 30 minutes, solo or in a larger ensemble — with a range of costume themes to choose from.
Also bookable: the LED hoop as a five-and-a-half-minute highlight act, as podium sets or as a walking act — and the Winter Special, a Christmas angel among your guests in sets of 30 minutes, by daylight or in light.

One of the fifty daughters of the old man of the sea: sailors’ songs and longing melodies by day, fireflies and a glowing gown once night falls.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a walking act last?
Walking acts are booked in sets: usually two to three rounds of 20 to 30 minutes, spread across your evening so the characters keep reappearing among the guests.
Do the costumes work in daylight?
Yes. Every character works in daylight as well as in an illuminated version, so one act can carry your event from the afternoon reception into the night.
Which characters can I choose from?
Lucina with her glowing gown and floating wands, the water nymph, the fibre-optic duo Aqualumières, the daylight walking acts from vaudeville and vintage circus to Golden Twenties, Candyland, maritime, floral and fairytale themes — plus the Christmas angel as a winter special.
Can you come with several performers?
Yes. Ley works regularly with artist collectives such as Entourage Berlin, Cirque Artikuss and Hammerflausch, and has a wide pool of collaborating artists across every circus and performance discipline. Larger productions are no problem either, under Ley’s artistic direction.
How does booking work?
